We are licensed by the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario and all applicable regulations will be strictly enforced. If you require bar services it is generally included in our rental fee and the bar will be solely operated by our staff. Under no circumstances are you permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages onto the property.
As our members volunteer their time to operate the hall and, as with many organizations our volunteer numbers are decling, we are no longer operating in-house catering. The use of our kitchen is included in the rental fee and you are permitted to provide your own food. You will have access to a coffee urn, cooler, counters & sinks but will need to provide everything else you may need, such as coffee, tea, dishes, cutlery and any condiments required.
Our rental fee includes the room setup you require as well as normal clean up of the hall by our staff. You will be allowed 1 hour prior to your event to bring in your supplies, decorate or set up anything special you require. Please arrange to have this done at one time including access required by any DJ, Caterer or anyone assisting you. We do have some specific decorating rules, most notable, we do not permit confetti in any form at any time. We will provide you with more specific details should you book the hall.
It is difficult to provide exact pricing online. Our prices can vary depending on day of the week, number hours required and the purpose of the booking. However, the average weekend party (wedding, birthday, anniversary, etc.) is $339.00 for the evening. An afternoon shower or open house is generally $169.50. These prices include taxes, use of the kitchen facilities, as well as setup and cleanup. These prices are subject to change or adjustment based on individual circumstances.
